The century-old Cotton Mill is filled with magical backdrops that professional photographers and videographers use to create work that grabs attention. Whether you’re shooting new products or filming the next big music video, our indoor and outdoor spaces are ready to play a part.

Inspiring Spaces

This large rustic warehouse space brings dramatic lighting to another level through tall vintage windows dating back to 1910. The industrial equipment, enclosed courtyard, and tranquil garden—featuring a waterfall, meandering creek, and lush ivy—create scenes you can’t find anywhere else in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

First-Class Service

Our experienced team has helped coordinate shoots for national commercials, documentaries, fashion brands, and far more. We’ll be by your side from scout day to last take, ensuring a smooth production process. Plus, your crew will enjoy newly renovated amenities, ample parking, and access to our boutique coffee shop!

Rates

Photography is $100/hr on weekdays (between 9 am – 5 pm) or $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum on weekends and after hours.

Location, commercial, and video shoots start at $1,500 per day for a 10-hour session. Our spacious green room for hair and makeup is included and weekly rates are available for bigger production shoots. Please contact us for a personalized quote today.
