The century-old Cotton Mill is filled with magical backdrops that professional photographers and videographers use to create work that grabs attention. Whether you’re shooting new products or filming the next big music video, our indoor and outdoor spaces are ready to play a part.

Inspiring Spaces

This large rustic warehouse space brings dramatic lighting to another level through tall vintage windows dating back to 1910. The industrial equipment, enclosed courtyard, and tranquil garden—featuring a waterfall, meandering creek, and lush ivy—create scenes you can’t find anywhere else in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

First-Class Service

Our experienced team has helped coordinate shoots for national commercials, documentaries, fashion brands, and far more. We’ll be by your side from scout day to last take, ensuring a smooth production process. Plus, your crew will enjoy newly renovated amenities, ample parking, and access to our boutique coffee shop!

Photography & Videography Rates + Booking
Important Policy
All photography and videography on the Cotton Mill property—indoors and outdoors (anywhere on the property)—requires an approved booking, signed agreement, completed waivers, and applicable fees. This includes all cameras, including cell phones.
Unauthorized shoots are not permitted.

Weekday Rates (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM)
$125/hour
Applies to one photographer plus clients. Session must be completed by 4 PM.

Weeknights, Weekends & Holidays
Shared Access (multiple photographers on site):
$200/hour
Two-hour minimum
Holidays:
$300/hour
Two-hour minimum
Exclusive Access (one photographer only):
$300/hour
Two-hour minimum

Saturday Policy
Saturdays are reserved for in-house photographers only.
If a client is requesting a Saturday session, we are happy to provide a list of approved Cotton Mill photographers who may schedule sessions (typically before noon on event days). Outside photographers are not permitted on Saturdays.

Influencers & Content Creators
If you are interested in creating content at the Cotton Mill and tagging the location, please submit a calendar request outlining your concept. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information

The Cotton Mill is closed to photography on:
Easter Sunday
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
