The century-old Cotton Mill is filled with magical backdrops that professional photographers and videographers use to create work that grabs attention. Whether you’re shooting new products or filming the next big music video, our indoor and outdoor spaces are ready to play a part.

Inspiring Spaces

This large rustic warehouse space brings dramatic lighting to another level through tall vintage windows dating back to 1910. The industrial equipment, enclosed courtyard, and tranquil garden—featuring a waterfall, meandering creek, and lush ivy—create scenes you can’t find anywhere else in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

First-Class Service

Our experienced team has helped coordinate shoots for national commercials, documentaries, fashion brands, and far more. We’ll be by your side from scout day to last take, ensuring a smooth production process. Plus, your crew will enjoy newly renovated amenities, ample parking, and access to our boutique coffee shop!

Rates

Weekday Rates:
Pricing for one photographer plus clients
Monday – Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) – $100/hour
 
Weeknights/Weekends/Holiday Rates:
Shared photographer access (multiple photographers have access at the same time) – $150/hour with a two hour minimum.

Exclusive one photographer access – $250/hour with a two hour minimum.
 
Day rates are available upon request.
 
Videography rates are available upon request. Rates will depend on the number of people on site for the session as well as specific locations requested.
 
The Cotton Mill will not be available for photography on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
