the arts & design district vision

Our story isn’t stopping at restoring this historic facility—we’re growing it into an inclusive Arts & Design District destination that locals are proud of, and out-of-towners can’t wait to visit.

From expansive outdoor community areas to residential living and more, the future of The Cotton Mill involves building upon its former glory for the modern world to see. The creative and collaborative spirit that flowed through this district in the early 1900s will be more alive than ever before.
